6. Payment and Billing

Chargeback Policy: Any initiation or processing of a chargeback on your account will result in the immediate termination of your account, deletion of all associated services and data, and forfeiture of any potential refunds.

  • Disk I/O: Users must not exceed reasonable disk read/write speeds. Excessive disk I/O usage, such as continuous high-speed writes or reads, may result in throttling to ensure fair access for all users.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited as they may adversely affect server performance and the experience of other users:

  • Excessive or sustained high-bandwidth usage, such as large-scale file sharing or streaming.
  • Illegal activities or any activities that violate the terms of service of our hosting providers.
