This Fair Use Policy is designed to ensure that all users have a fair opportunity to utilize our 1 Gbit uplink services without any one user consuming an excessive amount of bandwidth or network resources that could negatively impact other users.

2. Fair Usage Limits

While we provide a 1 Gbit uplink, users are expected to use the service in a manner that does not exceed reasonable usage limits. The following guidelines apply:

• Peak Usage: Users should not consistently use more than 50% of the 1 Gbit uplink capacity for sustained periods (i.e., continuously for more than 1 hour) during peak hours.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited as they may adversely affect network performance:

• Excessive or sustained high-bandwidth usage that negatively impacts the experience of other users.
• Illegal activities or any activities that violate the terms of service of our network providers.
• Running a service that can cause a significant strain on network resources, such as large-scale file sharing or streaming services.

4. Enforcement

To ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy, we may take the following actions:

• Monitor network usage and performance to identify any violations of this policy.
• Contact users who exceed reasonable usage limits and request them to reduce their bandwidth consumption.
• Implement bandwidth throttling or other measures to manage excessive usage and maintain network performance.
• In cases of persistent or severe violations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Fair Use Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
